Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

By placing an order, you authorize the shipping carrier to leave your package at the delivery address provided if no one is available to receive it.

While we do our best to ensure every order arrives safely, once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Lunar Visuals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Because each order is custom-made, production begins shortly after your purchase is placed. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been submitted.

All sales are final.
